Mr. Cesar brings over twenty years of business and engineering experience as the founder of PearlNet. His background as an award-winning engineer reflects a wealth of experience in the development of Internet related communications technologies.
His most recent position, prior to founding PearlNet in 1996, was with Scientific Atlanta, where he developed broadband fiber optic cable distributions systems using embedded communications and laser control processors, and also developed SONET, a digital video distributing system. Prior to Scientific Atlanta, he worked for Harris Corporation, where he participated in the development of an audio video distributions system for NASA’s space station and the development of redundant data switch control processors for military satellites. Prior to Harris, Mr. Cesar was with AlliedSignal Flight Systems, a division of AlliedSignal, Inc., where he developed advanced digital cockpit display systems for military aircraft.
Mario has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a minor in computer science from New York Polytechnic University.
Mr. Noel has over twenty-five years of business planning and operations experience.
At Harris Corporation, where Mr. Noel spent 16 years, he was responsible for planning and managing multiple large government projects deploying and supporting military communications equipment installations. His last project was a over one billion dollars in scope in which Mr. Noel managed the logistics implementation, developed maintenance and support requirements and oversaw the development and deployment of a national training facility.
Through the years, he was also heavily involved in business development, system engineering, and production management. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in management science with a minor in computer science from the Florida Institute of Technology.
